Our next session starts May 3, The B-Side, brings attention to the back body—our foundation for posture, strength and long-term resilience.

Through integrated strength and yoga, you’ll build pulling power, improve mobility, and reconnect the chain from feet to shoulders so your body moves with more support, efficiency, and ease.

Strong where it matters. Supported from the ground up.
This is your B-Side.

Every two months, we set a shared focus for many of our small-group strength and yoga classes so you can build skills, feel progress and see meaningful gains over time.

That said—flexibility is always part of the practice.

You don’t have to commit to the full session or take both strength and yoga to take advantage of our 2 month credit packages. Join the session, drop into individual strength or yoga classes, or mix in rope flow, or pop-ups. Choose what works for your body, your schedule, and your goals.

Our small group classes offer strength training, yoga, mobility, relaxation, and more—all in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.

With a maximum of 6 participants per class, you'll experience personalized coaching, expert guidance, and the motivation that comes from being part of a supportive community.

All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re rebuilding after injury, staying active as you age, or simply exploring new ways to move, we’ll meet you where you are.

Yoga Therapy and Reiki provide personalized, whole-person approaches to healing and self-care.

One-on-one sessions integrate therapeutic movement, breathwork, and energy practices to support injury recovery, chronic conditions, stress management, or overall well-being.
