Summer is the perfect time to step away from routines and explore something new. This session blends strength, mobility, yoga, balance, breathwork, recovery and a few surprises along the way. Each class offers a different experience, giving you the opportunity to move, learn, play and discover what feels good in your body.
Although there is no single theme or test-out this session, every class is intentionally designed to support our shared goals and the same outcomes you've come to expect from UPLIFT: better movement, greater strength, improved balance and mobility, increased resilience and a deeper connection to your body.
The journey may look different, but the progress is still very real. Session starts Sunday July 5.
Need a little more flexibility this summer—no problem!
You don’t have to commit to the full session or take both strength and yoga to take advantage of our 2 month credit packages. Join the session, drop into individual strength or yoga classes, or mix in rope flow, or pop-ups. Choose what works for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
